It is a good, convenient and economic way to stay.
Another advantage of youth hostel: its friendly spirit that gather travelers with common spaces. For people desiring more privacy, having a private room is sometimes possible.
One advice: check the adress you have in mind have lockers to stock your important belongings (as laptop, camera...), and bring with you a night mask and earplugs, just in case...
